- Developed a novel mechanism that eliminates the need to switch between two separate setups by using one set up to measure both force and displacement, saving the customer time
- Force is applied using a spring mechanism to provide precise manual force application
Result:
JAKTOOL designed and manufactured a fixture for the assembly and testing of control valves.Two fixtures were delivered meeting all customer requirements.The deliverables successfully reduced assembly time and improved quality.
