Key Technical Achievements

Utilization of laser ignition hardware
Operation at 50,000 psi peak pressure due to nitrocarburization process of chamber/barrel
Designed for quick reloading of energetic material and interchangeability of three chamber/barrel configurations

Result:

JAKTOOL successfully developed and built a sub-scale dynamic high-pressure test fixture that supports flexibility to accept similar test fixtures of varying dimensions.
